AI-Driven Data Pipeline for Large-Scale Product Classification
Engineered an AI-driven classification pipeline to process and normalize a 32,000+ product dataset for an e-commerce platform. Implemented NLP-based parsing to extract semantic meaning from unstructured product data and map it into a structured relational schema. Integrated AI-assisted categorization with SQL-based validation layers, ensuring referential integrity and accurate taxonomy alignment.
Built supporting scripts for batch processing, error handling, and iterative refinement, allowing continuous improvement of classification accuracy. The system reduced manual data entry overhead, increased processing speed, and enabled scalable catalog expansion with consistent data standards.
